I know almost all of the 26 letters of the alphabet.

Okay, if you need more convincing about my skills and experience as a Freelance Copywriter, I guess I can give you a bit more to go on.

After a few years as an Audio Director & Producer at RMW, I realized I missed the writing. Directing was fun, but it didn’t leave much time to come up with my own ideas and develop them, which is my first love. Hence, a return to being a Copywriter available on a freelance basis. Yes, I used the word ‘hence’. See? Writer.

Being a freelance idea person was the original idea behind forming and registering Fuji Tamale as a company back in 2008, when I left my full-time position as an ACD/Copywriter at Zig.

Since 2008, I have worked on contract at some of Canada’s top advertising agencies like Zulu Alpha Kilo, BBDO Canada, TAXI, Red Urban, Rethink, MacLaren McCann, GWP, and the newly formed The&Partnership among a few others. I have worked direct-to-client for companies including IKEA, Diageo (Smirnoff), Cineplex and Rethink Breast Cancer. I’ve even contributed my talents to City Councillor campaigns, and Olivia Chow’s mayoral bid. And during all that, I also made time to teach Copywriting at OCADU (2012) and yes, be an Audio Director and Producer at RMW Music (2011 – 2014).
